Got flabby abs? Back chronically sore? Poor posture? Achy shoulders? Sore neck? Then you need to strengthen your core. Regardless of your activity or sport, core strength is essential for maximum performace. Particularly effective for men - a great complement to sports or any cardiovascular activity. Great for runners and cyclists too.

Classes consist of: strengthening and toning all of the muscles in the body with special attention paid to the abdominal group and back muscles. Improve balance, agility and coordination. Learn to exercise in a whole new way! It's fun, it's different and it's more effective than traditional abdominal work on the floor. Results in a stronger core muscle group because the range of motion is increased on a ball. Each session will include a 5 minute warm up, 45 minutes on an exercise ball followed by 10 minutes of stretch.
