Need to be motivated? Want to lose weight, but not sure where to start? Tired of being tired? Want to be able to run around the block? Or be able to see some muscle definition?
When Alicia first decided to lose weight and get in shape, she started exercising in her basement, on her own. Within two months, she was able to join group fitness classes and start a weight training program. Before she knew it, she was pursuing all kinds of activities that she had always felt were beyond her capabilities. Let her help you do the same!
Transformation can put together a custom program just for you. Whether you are dealing with being overweight, or you just want to get fit, Alicia can put together a program to fulfill your specific needs, monitor your progress, ensure proper body alignment, and keep you on track!

• walking program

• free weight training
• core conditioning on the ball
• stretch classes
• nutritional guidance
Sessions are one hour in length at $65.00 per session, or monthly at $60.00 per session, twice a week.
