Whether you are a complete novice or want to run a marathon, Alicia can put together a clinic for a group or an individual program to help you realize your goal.

Alicia has trained runners to run every distance from 5km to ultra 50km marathons. She believes in a tailoring each clinic to meet the needs of the participants, whether it is to complete a 5 km run or train for the Boston Marathon. Each session includes topical discussion and a run. Length of sessions are determined by the training distance.
